Lanqing and Qinghai-Tibet Railway to Roundly Increase the Speed

In order to ensure that materials and personnels in the construction of Qinghai-Tibet railway can be fast and safely transported to construction scene, from April 15th the speed of Lanqing and Qinghai-Tibet line will roundly be increased.
