Raidi at the 16th CPC National Congress
Raidi, deputy-secretary of the Communist Party of China in Tibet, answers questions at a press conference in Beijing yesterday. Raidi said the past 13 years had witnessed the most rapid development in Tibet's history and the human rights there is in its best phase. Government support has enabled Tibet's GDP to grow by double digits annually.
