mGar-stong-rtsan was a distinguished minister in the reign of Srong-btsan-sgam-po.He helped Srong-btsan-sgam-po administer Tubo and achieved many illustrious accomplishments.By order,he went to Chang'an to invite Princess Wen Cheng to Tubo for the marriage with Srong-btsan-sgam-po,playing an important role in the friendly history between Tibetans and Hans.
