On tops of the mountains there exists white snow still, but the rest of the mountains are covered with green and luxuriant forests, and at foot of the mountains are running happily streams and rivers. In a certain ravine, there may be a deep and quiet blue lake hidden. Here at the moment, you can know of the world and sense the four seasons. Especially among the Hengduan mountains, where the Nu river, the Jinsha river and the Lancang river flow across, somewhere there is a thousand meters high peak and somewhere there is a ten-thousand meters abyss. Looking up you can see the snowy and icy peaks; looking down you can see the tropical forests. In such a place, you will surely feel soul-stirred, and feel pleased to your eyes and mind. With a change of terrain, climate and seasons, the views of eastern Tibet valley are really a riot of color and you can not take them all in. |
